Obviousidea or its resellers will keep in its computer systems and under reasonable security conditions only the information provided by the customer when placing their order, in particular name, surname, address, telephone number and email. No bank information is kept, only the type of payment (transfer, PayPal, credit card, and the date are kept.

For software activation management, we use hardware fingerprints such as serial number and processor identifiers, Windows GUID, graphics card or hard drive checksum but nothing that is private to the person, and we identify an activation only on the variation of one of these elements.
